- Late spring/early summer 2021: Purchased. I think just stem stumps without even leaves. Growing so well and in the summer time blooming so beautifully. After 2 rows of bloom, pruned. Growing well but it won't bloom anymore. Pruned for the dormant period.
- 15 May 2022: Not coming back yet. No sign of new growth. Cuts and scarpes are made to check existant of green cambium. None. Inside is brown and rather dusty. Probably totally died out. Didn't realize should not leave the soil entirely dried up during wintering. Not mentioned in previous literature read, maybe because most articles are written for outdoor bush and rainwater and snow keeps the water need fulfilled.
- Plan if still no sign of life by next week, replace.
